Thomas FINE obtained his degree in 2000 in Macromolecular chemistry at the ESTIT Engineering school in
In 2004, he obtained is PhD at the INSA de Lyon under the responsibility of Professor Pascault. His worked was dedicated to the behvaior of ABC triblock copolymer in a selective solvent.
End 2004, he entered the polymer research laboratory of Arkema. Here he worked mainly on Reactive Extrusion and Compounding; In 2007, he joined the development team for Arkema’s Incubator. This department is focused on breakthrough Material such as pure acryclic triblock copolymers (Nanostrength® or grafted polymers (Apolhya®).
End 2011, he joined the Fluorinated Polymers Department and has in charge the worldwide development of the Kynar® film range.
