东丽有限公司 环境能源开发中心太阳电池开发室室长1992年进入公司担任聚酯等的工程师。中间,也有过在美国的关联公司担任策划一职的经验。2011年1月开始担任现职,专业领域为树脂的设计,涉及太阳能电池背膜,涂层设计,以及专业知识层结构设计领域



Mr. Miki Terada is a Photovoltaic materials development Manager of Environment & Energy Development Center at Toray Industries, Inc. He joined the company in 1992, and started his career as an engineer of performance plastics such as Polyester. He experienced temporally job transfer to a affiliated company in USA, then the corporate planning section. He was assigned the current position from January 2011. His specialized area is the design of resin recipe, coating recipe and layer structure related to photovoltaic backsheet.

太阳能发电事业为了在中国不断扩张,面对发电事业的利润最大化不仅减低发电成本是必要的,长寿命和高发电效率也是非常重要的。背板作为保护太阳能电池组件背部的材料,保护太阳能电池的心脏电池片,而且也同样是确保太阳能电池组件的绝缘性重要材料之一。背板由于长时间经过各种环境负荷,所以需要高信赖性的同时,最近也在讨论已证明对太阳能电池组件的发电效率的影响。为了促进在中国发电行业和光伏组件市场的拓展利润最大化,东丽集团已利用自己公司确认发电组件试产,开发的高性能背板实现长寿命和光伏组件的高效率。通过这个报告,对光伏组件这些特征有助于材料因素进行证明,然后合理设计背板及其性能可提高太阳能电池组件的事例的报告。



For growth of the photovoltaic power generation in China, the power generation cost towards maximization of power producer's profit need to be reduced. Therefore, it is extremely important to achieve not only the lower cost of photovoltaic modules but also the longer life and increased power generation efficiency. The backsheet which is the back protective layer of photovoltaic modules is one of the important components to protect the cell, and collateralize the insulation of the photovoltaic modules. High reliability of backsheet is required because it receive various environmental impacts over a long period of the life. It is clear that the backsheet affect the power generation efficiency of photovoltaic module by recent research. In order to contribute to the profit maximization in Chinese power generation industries and to the expansion of photovoltaic module market, Toray group have developed high-performance backsheets which contribute to achieve long life and high efficiency of photovoltaic module by utilizing Torays own photovoltaic module trial production line and demonstration site of power generation. By this report, the material factors which contribute to these characteristics of photovoltaic modules are clarified, and then the example of backsheet design and its properties which enhance the value of photovoltaic module are reported.
