阿科玛演讲主题介绍:光伏组件背板的长期耐候性测试

光伏组件的耐久性和长寿命越来越成为组件厂商,终端用户和投资者的一个关注热点。如果组件的高效率能保持很长的寿命周期,则投资回报也会大大提高。然而组件在户外的长期暴露,面对诸如紫外和氧气,温度湿度循环,大气污染等因素的攻击会大大缩短组件中聚合物材料的寿命。组件厂商希望能选择被证明有耐久性能的材料。长期耐候性特别对于组件中前板,背板,绝缘线和封装材料来说更是一项关键性能。
本报告将讨论背板一些关键性能的耐久性的测试,特别将关注背板户外实地耐候性与加速老化试验结果的关联性,比较不同的高分子背板材料的特点。背板表面和截面的的分析将揭示UV紫外老化对背板的影响。
Durability and longevity of PV modules is a growing focus for module producers, end-users, and investors. Module return on investment is increased when high efficiency is maintained over a significant lifetime. Long term exposure to the elements – especially UV with oxygen, temperature cycles, humidity cycles, and atmospheric pollution are stresses that can dramatically shorten the lifetime of polymer components. Module makers should be able to select component materials of construction that have proven long lasting performance. Long term weathering durability is a critical performance requirement for materials of construction including, frontsheets, backsheets, wiring insulation, and encapsulants.
This paper will present durability testing results and key performance characteristics for backsheets. In particular, the paper will look at a combination of outdoor and accelerated weathering durability results, comparing different polymer constructions in backsheets. Surface analysis will be conducted but also cross sectional analysis to highlight the effect of UV Aging.
